We want you to love your purchase from Vesta Purses. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items in new, unused, and saleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:aa

1. Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a bag that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
2. Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
3. Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear.
• Items without the original packaging or tags.
• Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective).

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Approval: Once we receive and approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship Back: Send the unused and undamaged bag in its original packaging to us. The product must be in its original, saleable condition.
4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
